HopeCare Mission, Vision, and Core Values

To play, learn, and grow in the love of Jesus

HopeCare is a safe, faith-based children’s ministry that uses education, age-appropriate concepts, play, and experiences to guide children as they learn, grow, and flourish in their communities. The relationship between Hope Lutheran Church and HopeCare allows children to live into this vision in their daily lives.

 Faith, Education, Safety, Love and Play

Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 630 am until 6 pm.

We learn something new each day with hands-on fun and developmentally appropriate activities to enrich our children and give them a solid foundation for their future educational years.  Our classrooms include:

  • Caterpillars and Butterflies (infants- as young as 4 weeks)
  • Sprouts (one-year olds)
  • Blooms (two-year-olds)
  • Shepherds and Fishers (ages 3 to 5)
  • Disciples (school age: after school, no school, and summer program grades kindergarten through fifth grade. Transport from Eugene Field and Robert Frost.)
  • Morning Preschool Program: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and follows the Sioux Falls School District Calendar. The program runs from September through May.
